You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order has been processed. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking number to become active/update. If you receive your confirmation email after 2 PM PST on a Friday, please allow until the following Monday for tracking to become available.
We are not responsible for packages delivered incorrectly or lost due to incorrect shipping information provided by the customer at the time the order is placed. If a package is returned to bonitalashes due to an incorrect shipping address provided by the customer, then the customer will be responsible for the redelivery cost. When a package gets returned to us, we will issue a refund for the products the customer did not receive; however, please note that all original shipping costs are non-refundable.
